Clean room, very clean breakfast room, good location. The whole hotel is decorated with flowers.

Very good, externally pleasing hotel in a good location. It is always beautifully decorated with flowers. Nearby there are good opportunities for dinner. My wish for a quiet room was fully fulfilled. Breakfast is delicious.

We had a great time staying at this well-furnished budget hotel with two queen size beds.

The rooms were pet-friendly and the bed was comfortable. The personnel was efficient and amicable. Location: the hotel was close to fast food outlets and other hotels and the yum yum tree which was fantastic value for money and very good food.

Good hotel with free parking about 1,5km from the city centre. A restaurant, cafe and snack bar in front of the door. Pool available. Breakfast included despite missing information.

Fan in the bathroom was too loud and made funny noises.

The location was great and easy in a really great area, close to many activities around Kelowna.

The staff were incredibly nice and amiable, no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast was included although not on offer. Similar to a motel but very clean and very lovely, e.g. rubber duck as guest gift and alarm clock, Bluetooth speaker and charging module for mobile phone etc.

Unfortunately no window in the bathroom. Room was relatively dark, because of it`s shape. Pool was very worn out

The location and cleanliness of the room were good. The staff was friendly when we came in contact with them. We are repeat customers and stay here whenever we are in Kelowna.

Our keys kept coming demagnetized and we had to get a lock technician up two out of three days. Friends who came up with us for their first visit to the Okanagan also had one situation of invalid lock cards.

We liked the beds and pillows which gave us a good nights sleep.We thankyou very much.
